Introduction to Machine Learning: neural Networks

This 8-week course is designed for 7th -10th graders with a one-hour long lesson every week. The class covers the concepts and code behind the basic Neural Networks of Machine Learning in Python. Programming and understanding neural networks is a vital skill for developing new artificial intelligence technology, and will be applicable in the majority of industries in the next decades. Whether you’re interested in computer vision and recognition for a specific research or are trying to create new machine learning applications in a personal project, this course has got you covered. This course will help you on your journey to becoming an advanced and qualified programmer capable of coding in countless applications to develop your skills and understanding.

Machine Learning Teacher

Grant is currently a sophomore at The Harker School. He enjoys machine learning, rocketry, robotics, and video editing. He is also the build lead for his robotics team and is extremely capable in both CAD and coding. He is fluent in Java and is extremely proficient in both Python and C++.
